Vietnamese culture featured in Paris concert
(VOV) - A concert-conference themed “Guimet Museum or Vietnamese Cultural Presence in Paris” will be held at the French Cultural Centre L' Espace in Hanoi on July 7.
At the event, Artistic Director of the Guimet Museum Hubert Laot, will give a brief introduction about the history of the museum and Vietnamese art collections there.
Audience will have a chance to enjoy traditional music from northern and southern Vietnam performed by Vietnamese artists such as Thanh Binh, Cong Hung, Vu Ngoc and Thanh Ha.
In particular, Vietnamese artist Huong Thanh-the winner of France Musique World Music Award and famous British guitarist Jason Carter will perform together in some songs, including Beo Dat May Troi, Finlandia, Dem Tan Ben Ngu, Doi Cho, Mot Thoang Mo, Ngam Luc Van Tien and Ru Con Nam Bo.
