Mrs Doan expressed thanks to SBFIC for its support to Vietnam over the past 20 years, saying that SBFIC, whose activities aim to support the needy and poor women, has helped Vietnamese women raise their income, escape poverty and develop the household economy. 

She said she hopes SBFIC will continue supporting Vietnam and effectively cooperating with the Vietnam Women’s Union in the near future. 

The Vietnamese Government will create favourable conditions for SBFIC to operate effectively in Vietnam. 

Expressing delight at the initial results of cooperation with VWU with 70,000 customers being women, Mr Haasis said he hopes SBFIC’s activities in Vietnam will be even more effective in the near future.
