Military delegation visits Cambodia
(VOV) -A high-ranking military delegation led by Sen. Lieut. General Ngo Xuan Lich, Chief of the General Department of Politics under the Vietnam People’s Army (VPA) is paying a working visit to Cambodia from September 24 to 27.
The visit was made at the invitation of General Nieng Phat, Minister of State of the Cambodian Ministry of National Defence, aiming to help strengthen neighborly relations and comprehensive cooperation between the two armies.
