Singapore remained top in Southeast Asia, ranking 112^th while Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia maintained their 125^th, 144^th and 153^rd positions respectively.

Iran ranked 38^th to top the Asian list, followed by Japan down one place to 47^th and the Republic of Korea down three places to 51^st.

In the world, Brazil continued taking the lead, followed by Italy, Argentina and France.
