VOV.VN - President Tran Dai Quang on June 21 offered condolences to Vanuatu's acting President Esmon Saimon on the passing of President Baldwin Lonsdale.
The same day, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh extended similar condolences to Vanuatu’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and External Trades Bruno Leignkone.
