High on the agenda are the construction of low-price houses, the establishment of a real estate credit fund, the mobilisation of capital for housing development projects and investment in the building of offices for lease across the Asia-Pacific region.

On the first day of the event, the participants were informed of Vietnam’s real estate market, investment opportunities and procedures to implement real estate projects in the southern region.
