A painting exhibition was held in Paris on January 22 by the Association of Vietnamese People in France, to introduce the images and special characteristics of Vietnam, its land and people to the French public, and the warm atmosphere of the country’s traditional Lunar New Year Festival.
Displayed at the exhibition were twenty-seven oil and Rhamnoneuron paper paintings by Lai Thi Mai Lien featuring peaceful and happy villages in Vietnam.
The association also conducted diverse cultural activities on the occasion to highlight the beauty of the Vietnamese land and people.
