VietAd 2020 gets underway in Ho Chi Minh City

An array of cutting-edge technology and machines from the advertising sector could be seen on display throughout the venue, including those by popular brands such as Samsung, Well, Meq, Oric, Nanjet, Locor, and Polar. They introduced items including digital inkjet printers, UV printers, heat transfer printers, heat press machines, CNC engraving machines, laser cutters, fiber cutters, multifunction color photocopy machines, and LED technologies.

Nguyen Thanh Dao, general director of Dong Nam Advertising and Commercial Promotion JSC, emphasised that the annual function serves as an ideal place in which businesses operating in the advertising industry can introduce state-of-the-art technologies for the purpose of accelerating technological transfer and boosting product development.

In his opening speech, Nguyen Truong Son, vice president of the Vietnam Advertising Association, noted  2020 represents a challenging year for both firms and the national economy due to the adverse impact caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. However, he said the business community has exerted all-out efforts in a bid to launch the most advanced machinery and equipment that can meet the demand for production and business services within the advertising sector.
