At the signing ceremony in southern Dong Nai province on December 10, almost 1,500 students exchanged information with postgraduates and discussed ways to succeed in seeking jobs at Japanese-invested businesses in Vietnam and Japan.
According to Le Long Son, Esuhai Director, to have an opportunity to work for Japanese companies, candidates must be qualified for several rounds of tests, including Japanese language skills, cultural understanding, behavior, communications, and working style. Working in Japanese firms, employees are not only well-paid but also access and master modern technologies.
After attending the vocational training courses, apart from being sent to Japan, trainees will also be introduced to Japanese-invested businesses in Vietnam, he said.
