First-ever exhibition on K-Pop stars enthralls Vietnamese fans
VOV.VN - D'festa, the largest K-Pop exhibition, debuted in Hanoi on October 14 to bring together never-before-seen images of nine idol groups from the Republic of Korea (RoK) in an art installation space.
The exhibition consists of three main thematic areas, with the Movie area presenting music videos and exclusive performances by nine idol groups such as BTS, Twice, TXT, NCT Dream, NCT 127, Straykids, Enhypen, Seventeen, and Nu’est.
In the Exhibition area, a collection of 480 photos and a giant wall of real autographs from members of nine K-Pop groups have been put on display.
The highlight of the exhibition is the Experience area which provides a virtual reality performance stage, offering the audience the feeling of meeting the singers directly.
D'festa is being held as part of activities to mark the 10th anniversary of Dispatch, the leading prestigious electronic newspaper of the entertainment industry, as well as highlighting the lives of famous Korean artists.
This marks the first time that this exhibition model has been introduced in Vietnam, following its successful tour in the RoK, Taiwan (China), and Japan.
The exhibition aims to connect cultural exchanges between Vietnam and the RoK. In addition, spectators of Korean culture, art, cinema, and music can comfortably view images of their favourite singers, artists, and actors for the first time in Vietnam.
The exhibition will last through to November 30 at Vincom Mega Mall Times City in Hanoi.
