Local photographer honoured at International Photography Awards 2021
VOV.VN - Vietnamese photographer Viet Van from Lao Dong (Labour) newspaper was among the Honorable Mentions given out by the International Photography Awards (IPA) 2021.
His photo themed “Red Ball” was duly honoured in the special section of the professional category.
The awards’ category is specifically for professional photographers who snap stunning images which make use of technical effects.
This marks the 10th time that Viet Van has been given an Honorable Mention at the prestigious IPA photo contest.
The winners of the IPA 2021 include “Photographer of the year” in the professional category and “Discovery of the year” in the non-professional category, both of which will be announced on October 26 with cash prizes of US$10,000 and US$5,000, respectively.
