The Hanoi Election Council has received dossiers of 71 candidates, including 30 self-nominated ones, for seats at the 13th National Assembly.
Those dossiers have all been complied in line with regulations, said Secretary of the Municipal Election Council Le Quoc Cuong on March 19.
The same day, Hanoi organised a training seminar on preparations for the elections to the 13th National Assembly and People’s Committee at all levels in the 2011-2016 term.
