State President Nguyen Minh Triet has sent a message of congratulation to French President Nicolas Sarkozy on France’s 219^th National Day (July 14) and the 35^th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam-France diplomatic ties (July 13).

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung and Deputy Prime Minister-cum-Foreign Minister Pham Gia Khiem have also congratulated their counterparts on the occasion.
