Le Meridien will be built with 24 storeys and 3 basements for a five-star hotel and A-class office space.

The project, with an investment capital of almost US$120 million, is scheduled for completion in May 2012 and will be operated by the US’s Starwood group.

This will be the first time that a five-star hotel has been built by Vietnamese contractors.
