Vietnam has grabbed two gold medals at the Arafura Games, a multi-sport event which opened in the Australian city of Darwin on May 9.
The gold medals went to Tran Thi Hang in the women’s triple jump event and Nguyen Thi Oanh in the U18 women’s long jump event.
Hang and Oanh also pocketed silver medals in the 100m and U18 400m race events, respectively.
Meanwhile, Duong Van Hieu ranked third in the men’s long jump event.
