European Film Festival raises its curtain today in HCM City

This annual event gives movie watchers a chance to see the most talked about films from this year’s European festival circuit, screening more than 15 feature films ranging from award-winning comedies and dramas to thought-provoking foreign and documentary films.

It's an entirely not-for-profit affair born out of love for film and a desire to build buzz about movies we adore, say the sponsors. Every year we try to top ourselves with a better program than the one before.

We think this year's program is our best to date in terms of quality. Anyone interested in attending can obtain free tickets at either the Goethe Institute, British Council or CineStar Cinema.
