Poland to screen Vietnamese movies
VOV.VN - The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has allowed the Vietnam Cinema Department to organise a Vietnam Film Week in Poland, with the event scheduled to run from October 6 to October 31.
The cultural event will see films screened across five Polish cities, namely Torun, Warsaw, Krakow, Lodz, and Gdynia.
Vietnam will introduce Polish viewers to five well-known movies that have won a number of domestic prizes, or which achieved impressive box office revenue earnings when being screened in either domestic or foreign markets.
The five movies are Truyen thuyet ve Quan Tien (Legend of Quan Tien), Bo Gia (Old Father), Tiec Trang Mau (Blood Moon Party), Mat Biec (Blue Eyes), and Song Lang (The Tap Box).
Movie-goers will be requested to closely follow COVID-19 preventive measures when attending screenings.
