VOV.VN - Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc on May 17 laid a wreath of red carnations at the base of the mausoleum of Vladimir Lenin, founder of the modern Russian state, and observed a moment of silence.
The ceremony was attended by thousands, who streamed across Red Square to pay tribute to the Bolshevik leader, whose embalmed body is still kept on display in a stone mausoleum just outside the Kremlin. |
