Another cosmetics retail chain set to debut in Vietnam
VOV.VN - With the Vietnamese retail market for cosmetics and healthcare pharmaceuticals in full swing, the AB Beauty World cosmetics retail chain is set to open their first store on October 10 on Pasteur Street in District 3 of Ho Chi Minh City, therefore competing with other industry giants such as Watsons and Guardian.
Although the firm represents a "rookie" in the sector, experts believe that it will be able to compete with big players in the industry such as Watsons, Guardian, and Hasaki. As opposed to only focusing on young people, the supermarket chain will offer a wide range of products that are suitable for family members of a diverse age range.
An AB Beauty World representative notes that the supermarket chain aims to cover the prime locations throughout the southern metropolis, with the size of each store spanning an area of several hundred of square metres.
The chain is aiming to distribute approximately 15,000 genuine products, both at home and abroad, such as health care items, make-up cosmetics, perfumes, home appliances, vitamins, and baby care products. Indeed, their prices are said to be competitive with other cosmetics retail chains in the domestic market.
