At the meeting, Bui Hong Phuc, Deputy Chairman of the Vietnam-China Friendship Organisation, stressed that the Vietnamese people will never forget the assistance given to Vietnam by the Chinese Party, Government and people, including former experts, during its struggle for national independence and reunification.

He praised the former experts’ tireless efforts to boost the friendship between Vietnam and China.
The former Chinese experts said they were very delighted at Vietnam’s achievements in its renewal process.
