Li Bai and Signature restaurants put on special beef menus

Li Bai Chinese Restaurant on Level 2 of Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers is offering a special a la carte menu featuring Australian beef cooked in Chinese style from VND488,000++ per dish during May.

Diners can experience pan-fried sizzling beef with hoisin garlic sauce or pan-fried sizzling beef with mushroom and black pepper sauce. The menu is available daily from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Chefs of Signature Restaurant on Level 23 have crafted an exquisite menu featuring premium beef tenderloin with a selection of cuts from Australia to the US.

The restaurant is offering US beef tenderloin, striploin beef and oyster blade steak all served in a platter, and Australian beef tenderloin, rib-eye beef and oyster blade cooked in a classic red wine sauce, pepper sauce or burney sauce.

This special menu is priced from VND1,500,000++ per dish and is available daily in May and June from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
