Condolences to Russia over subway blast
President Tran Dai Quang on April 4 extended his condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin over the St. Petersburg subway blast.

At least 10 people were killed and 50 others injured by an explosion inside a subway train in St. Petersburg on April 3, according to Russian media.
