Deputy PM conveys sympathy to Cuba over deadly tornado

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Pham Binh Minh on February 2 sent a message of condolences to Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez Parilla over the serious damage caused by a recent tornado.
