Party chief congratulates President Putin over re-election
VOV.VN - Alongside many countries around the world, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Nguyen Phu Trong has extended congratulations to Russian President Vladimir Putin.
On behalf of the Party and State of Vietnam, Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong on March 18 sent a congratulatory letter to Vladimir Putin over his re-election as President of Russia.
