Cruise ship burst into flames in tourist hotspot Halong Bay

VOV.VN -A wooden cruise ship moored at the famous Halong Bay in Vietnam caught fire in the early morning hours of January 10 and burst into a ball of fire.

Rescuers saved all 21 people from the boat, which had docked overnight amidst the northern famous limestone pillars of the Vietnamese bay.

There were 14 foreign tourists aboard.

Halong Bay is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most popular tourist destinations in Vietnam.
