Festival celebrating successful 12th National Party Congress

In his address, Nguyen Dac Vinh, a member of the 12th Party Central Committee and the First Secretary of the Youth Union said young Vietnamese people and youth union members pin high hopes on the success of the 12th National Party Congress which will encourage the entire Party, the army and the people to overcome difficulties and achieve set goals.

On the same day, a program in praise of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) was held in Hanoi by the General Political Department of the People's Police.
