VOV.VN - At least three people have been killed in heavy rains and severe flooding in the northern mountainous province of Ha Giang as of June 25, according to the Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Control. 
 

The victims are Giang Thi My from Lung Tam commune, 42, and her 5-year-old daughter and Trang Van Lien, 17, from Cao Bo commune.
