Typhoon Mirinae uproots trees, causes traffic accidents

VOV.VN - On the morning of July 28, Typhoon Mirinae, the first of its kind this year, slammed into Hanoi, Haiphong City, Thai Binh, Nam Dinh and Quang Ninh Provinces, causing strong winds, flooding numerous streets, destroying cars and 537 trees.
