First wins in Group A at AFF HDBank Futsal Championship
VOV.VN - The first matches of Group A at ASEAN Football Federation (AFF) HDBank Futsal Championship 2017 took place at Phu Tho Gymnasium in Ho Chi Minh City on October 26 with Indonesia-Philippines 21-0 and Myanmar-Brunei 13-0.

| Indonesia, Brunei, Myanmar, the Philippines and Vietnam are all in Group A. Vietnam will face the Philippines at 7:30pm on October 27. Myanmar will have two days off before competing with the Philippines on October 28. |

The Myanmar team was well prepared for the tournament, and their players tried their best. That victory was meaningful for them. They respected opponents including Vietnam, Indonesia and the Philippines, so they would be careful in each match, coach Htay Myint of Myanmar (centre) said at a press conference after the match on October 26. |

The futsal tournament opened in Ho Chi Minh City on October 26. It will run till November 3. The event, co-organized by the Voice of Vietnam (VOV) and Vietnam Football Federation (VFF), aims to prepare for the 2019 World Futsal Championship. |
