VOV.VN - With the central region enjoying a spell of beautiful weather, thousands of domestic travelers flocked to Da Nang to visit the city’s pagodas and flower street on the second day of the Lunar New Year, known locally as Tet.
During the festive period the streets of Da Nang can be seen decorated with flags and flowers in celebration of the Lunar New Year Festival.
A flower street located to the west of Dragon Bridge proves popular among both locals and travelers.
Situated on the bank of the river, the flower street features a combination of traditional and modern designs.
The street is a unique site to visitors thanks to its model of the Golden Bridge, which is a quarter of the size of the real one located at Ba Na Hills, and is beautifully decorated with various flowers and plants.
Thousands of pilgrims and tourists also pay a visit to pagodas throughout the city at the beginning of the Year of the Buffalo, with people wishing for peace, good weather, happiness, and prosperity in the year ahead. (Photo: baodanang.vn)
