US-based Duane Morris LLP has opened an office in Ho Chi Minh City as part of its expansion plans in the Asia-Pacific region.

It will offer consultancy on corporation, securities, mergers, and acquisitions issues, complex financial transactions, energy, environment and resources, and others.
