India approves MoU on IT collaboration with Vietnam

The Indian cabinet has approved a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation in information and technology between the country and Vietnam at a recent meeting chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The MoU aims to promote sustainable and win-win collaboration between the two nations in line with their laws and regulations.

It will be performed through a joint working group with members from both sides.

It is hoped to bring remarkable benefits to both countries in the field through institution and capacity building in IT and human resources development.

The MoU will be valid for five years and will be renewed through a written agreement between the two nations.
