Vietnamese enterprises are displaying their products, including coffee, processed fruit and furniture, at an international trade fair opened in China’s Guangzhou province on September 15.

Worth noticing are many special goods, such as coffee of Vinacafe, processed fruit of Vinamit, wooden products of Dong Ky from northern Bac Ninh province and seafood, dragon fruit and rubber latex from southern Binh Thuan province.

According to Nguyen Duy Phu, trade counsellor of the Vietnamese Consulate General in Guangzhou, the fair offers a good chance for Vietnamese SMEs to penetrate the Chinese market, introduce their products to foreign businesses and seek trade partners.

The fair, which will last until September 18, drew the participation of 22 Vietnamese businesses, more than 2,000 Chinese small-and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and nearly 1,000 companies from other countries like Japan, the Republic of Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong and Macao.
