Women who receive Golden Rose awards must be active in participating in social affairs and creative and dynamic in managing businesses. They not only excel at social affairs but also are good wives and mothers. Their businesses lead in renovating technology and equipment and ensure monthly average wages of a minimum of VND2 million.

Currently around 25 percent of women own businesses. The Golden Rose Awards aims to honour women who enrich themselves are close to their families and benefit society.
