The Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) and the beverage giants, Coca-Cola, have announced the “FIFA World Cup Trophy Tour” campaign.

The “FIFA World Cup Trophy Tour” is a global campaign inspired by jubilant dances from Africa, where the final championship will take place in 2010.

The campaign, which will take place in 86 countries including Vietnam, has called upon people to show optimism and passion for football by taking part in the dances.

Muhta Kent, Chairman and CEO of Coca Cola, said the programmes are aimed at helping the 2010 FIFA World Cup Championship, and its 215-day tour.

“The programmes will provide fans all over the world an opportunity to experience spectacular performances and the excitement that football brings about,” he said.

The trophy will be transported from Zurich to the first stop in Cairo, Egypt.
