The same day, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh also cabled a congratulatory message to British Prime Minister Boris Johnson over the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.
Queen Elizabeth II was born on April 21, 1926 in West London and ascended to the throne on February 6, 1952.
