Hanoi Gift Show 2019 set to take place in October
VOV.VN - The Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade held a press conference in Hanoi on July 31 to announce the schedule for the Hanoi Gift Show 2019 which will be held in the capital later this year.

Vuong Dinh Thanh, deputy director of .Hanoi Industrial Promotion and Development Consultancy Cente, said the organising board will continue to deploy the Match and Meet program that involves 1,000 importers and businesses from the fine arts and handicraft sector.
This activity is aimed at helping importers strengthen connectivity with other businesses to gain useful insights into the demands of each side to better facilitate transactions during the trade fair.
Upon addressing the press conference, Nguyen Thanh Hai, deputy director of Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade, said that the show will display products from export businesses and traditional craft villages.
In addition, there will be sections showcasing new products with unique designs from domestic firms with the aim of introducing international friends about the handicraft industry, boosting exports and develop the sector in a sustainable manner.
The organising board has arranged a team of volunteers who possess knowledge of the handicraft industry and are competent in foreign languages to support businesses and production establishments to directly contact foreign clients.
This year’s event will be held from October 17-20 and is expected to welcome 10,000 visitors.
