At 10am on March 5, the third flight of the national flag carrier Vietnam Airlines brought 315 Vietnamese labourers from Libya, who had fled to Tunisia, back home.

The flight No VND8693, departed from Tunisia at 8am on March 4, and arrived in Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi as scheduled. The workers mainly belonged to the Vinaconex Mex, Gaet, Iphanco and Vitech companies.

At 3.30pm and 6.30pm on the same day, two more flights under the International Organisation of Migration (IOM) landed at Noi Bai, bringing another 46 Vietnamese workers home to their motherland.

Meanwhile, one flight carrying 73 labourers also arrived in Tan Son Nhat airport in Ho Chi Minh City at 4.15pm.
