Hue roads flooded with torrential rain
(VOV) - Severe overnight storms brought street flooding on the morning of October 14 in the central city of Hue.

Drivers on Ben Nghe, Hung Vuong and Dong Da made their way through water near the top of their wheel wells on streets that looked like rivers. |

| Many people couldn’t get to work on time. |
 |
| City officials report they had extra crews on duty to handle the flooding. |
 |

“We are all hanging in there as best we can until it all dries out,” they said. |
