The Thua Thien Hue provincial Education and Training Service is responsible for putting the project into action later this year.

The project aims to upgrade facilities and abilities to develop community football in Thua Thien Hue.

The programme will include trainers, coaches and referees; setting up football clubs in schools, organising and funding football competitions; participating in a new Norwegian Cup, and a Norwegian Cup for the disabled as well as providing training equipment.
