Vietnam will be specially introduced at a showroom for African, Asian, Oceanian, and American Arts and Civilisations, due to open at the Museum of Quai Branly in Paris, France, on June 20.

Viewers will be given a chance to contemplate 3,500 works and visit a multi-media museum, a theatre, and a cinema, with a total of more than 300,000 objects, of which 9,400 belong to the Vietnamese cultures.

The opening ceremony will see a special exhibition of tools used by Central Highlanders in their daily lives, which were collected by French ethnologist Georges Condominas.

According to the French Embassy in Vietnam, the country is one of the Southeast Asian nations whose civilisations are most introduced at the museum.
