Foreign investors are expected to make up between 10 and 15 percent of some 500 pavilions at a fair on trade, tourism and investment in southern province An Giang from May 21-26.
The An Giang provincial administration said at a press briefing in Ho Chi Minh City on May 5 that interested foreign investors are mostly from Cambodia, Laos and France.

The exhibits will range from farm produce to seafood, consumer goods, food, household utensils, footwear, apparels and construction materials.

The fair, the fourth of its kind so far, will include a workshop on the Cambodia market. A large number of Vietnamese and Cambodian enterprises, trade promotion centres and industrial associations have registered to take part in the event.

A survey on the Cambodia market is also expected to take place during the fair, said organisers.
