The Vietnamese Community in Slovakia has recently handed over US$6.700 to Vietnamese Ambassador to Slovakia Nguyen Ba Than to assist natural disaster victims in central Vietnam.

On behalf of the Vietnamese government, the Vietnamese Ambassador said he highly appreciates their financial support and will transfer this amount of money to the victims as soon as possible.

 
This fund-raising movement was launched by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee and the Vietnamese Embassies in Austria, Slovakia and Slovenia
