The Aquatic Resources Exploitation and Protection Department under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development has held a national conference on effective exploitation of aquatic resources in Hai Phong City.
Participants approved a plan to harvest 1.85 million tonnes of sea fish in 2008, up 1.65 percent compared to 2007.
With the criteria of safe and effective exploitation, the conference focused on a number of solutions. This means adapting fishing vessels to catch the relevant aquatic resources available. Accordingly,
