Vietnam has expressed concern about recent tensions in the border area between Cambodia and Thailand, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Le Dung told reporters in Hanoi on October 16.
“Vietnam hopes that both Cambodia and Thailand will exercise their restraint, refrain from the use of force and solve the existing disputes peacefully in the spirit of friendship and solidarity of ASEAN, for mutual benefit and for the sake of peace, stability and development in the region,” said Mr Dung.
