Artists of the Ho Chi Minh City Symphony and Opera Theatre will give a performance for cultural exchange at the Lao National Culture Hall in Vientiane on December 5-6 to mark the 60th anniversary of the Lao People’s Army (1949-2009).
The event will draw the participation of notable Vietnamese artists such as Tran Vuong Thach, Ta Minh Tam and Tuyet Mai.
They will coordinate with Lao musicians and opera artists to sing in praise of Vietnam’s former President Ho Chi Minh and Lao’s former President Kaysone Phomvihane as well as the traditional friendship and solidarity between both countries.
