Diethelm Vietnam on January 29 opened its distribution centre at Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP) in Binh Duong province.

The new facility, built on 11,200sq.m, will offer a range of activities from receiving multiple value-added services, including storing, picking and packing, and invoicing and dispatching to customers.

Dr Pham Khanh Phong Lan, deput director of Ho Chi Minh City’s Health Department, said Diethelm’s new facility shows that Vietnam’s pharmaceutical industry is integrating into the international market.

She said the new distribution centre will play an important role in the implementation of good distribution practices in the country.

Established in 1991, Diethelm Vietnam, a subsidiary of the Diethelm Kellert Siber Hegner group now has a network of 21 branches with 2,050 employees across Vietnam of consumer goods, health care, technology and specialty raw materials across the country.
