Hanoi issued several guiding documents to ensure the democracy, equality, and the success of the elections. Accordingly, Party Committees at all levels, local authorities, the city’s Vietnam Fatherland Front, and organizations involved are expected to make preparations and promote communication of the elections.

Speaking at the conference, M. Nghi asked related agencies to be fully aware of the significance of the elections and do their best for their success.

Hanoi also asked the Police force, the Capital High Command, and the City’s Department of Transport to work together to ensure social order and traffic safety during the elections.

** The same day, the Da Nang Municipal Party Committee held a conference to begin preparations for the elections. The city has set up a steering board and enhanced communication work for the success of the elections.

** A day earlier, Nam Dinh and Ninh Thuan provinces also organized conferences to implement plans for upcoming elections.
