Lieut. Gen. Ngo Xuan Lich, Head of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People’s Army received Sen. Lieut. Gen. O Chol San, Political Commissar of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea’s Naval Command, in Hanoi on October 28.
Lieut. Gen. Lich welcomed O Chol San’s visit and hoped that the visit would contribute to strengthening relations and mutual understanding between the two countries’ armies and people.
Sen. Lieut. Gen. O Chol San said he wants to share experience in Party and political work as well as in building armed forces in the cause of national construction and defence with the Vietnam People’s Army.
During the visit, the delegation visited the Navy High Command, the Academy of Politics, the Naval Institute, the High Command of Military Zone 7 and paid a courtesy visit to leaders of Ho Chi Minh City.
