Tho added the company expects tourism to become an important industry during the process of economic development in Ho Chi Minh City.
From now until 2015, Saigontourist will focus on its strategy titled “Trade name-Integration-Development”, widen cooperation, associate with economic sectors and deploy key projects effectively.
Meanwhile, the company will pour more investments into the region and the world, push to grow trade name and management technology and build human resources to meet international standard to create stability and sustainability in the process of global economic integration.
In the last five years, Saigontourist’s emulation movement has contributed to promoting the company to accomplish its tasks. In 2009, the company gained a turnover of VND8,204.6 billion, a two-fold increase compared to 2005.
